Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by InfraSec ("we", "our", "the provider"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definition of Services

InfraSec provides IT infrastructure and cybersecurity consulting services for companies, including but not limited to:

  • Server administration and monitoring.
  • Configuration and securing of office networks (LAN/WAN).
  • Remote technical support for troubleshooting and workflow optimization.
  • Cybersecurity audit and implementation of security measures.

All services are provided in accordance with signed specific service agreements (SLAs) and commercial offers.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Provider's Obligations (InfraSec):
  • To provide services according to specifications and industry standards.
  • To maintain the confidentiality of client data and information.
  • To provide support within the limits established by the SLA.
Client's Obligations:
  • To provide the necessary access and information for the provision of services.
  • To pay service fees at the agreed terms.
  • Not to use our services for illegal purposes or for hacking, espionage, or any other harmful activity.

3. Limitation of Liability

InfraSec is not liable for:

  • Data loss or business interruptions resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., major cyberattacks, force majeure).
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Consequences of improper use of systems by the client's personnel.

The total liability of InfraSec is limited to the value of the payment received for the services that caused the damages, in accordance with applicable law.

4. Payment Terms and Termination

Payments for services are made according to issued invoices. Late payments may lead to service suspension.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, in accordance with the clauses in the SLA. Upon termination, the client is obligated to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

No refunds are granted for services already rendered and completed.

5. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the services after the modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
